Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- requires at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience
- knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preparation and presentation
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- cash handling and customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greeting customers and taking food and drink orders
- mixing beverages following recipes and product directions
- collecting payments and operating cash registers following cash handling policies
- following alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and handle intoxicated guests responsibly
- ensuring a clean, sanitized and well-stocked bar
- communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager and servers
- providing high quality customer service at all times
