Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- working knowledge of bar-related beverages, spirits, wine and beer
- working knowledge of common cocktails, mixed drinks and specialty drinks
- possession of Alcohol Server Certification
- ability to lift 20 lbs overhead
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- proficiency in using point of sale system, computer, calculator and credit card machine
- ability to handle high customer volume at times

Job Duties
- Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to recipes approved by the Beverage Manager
- issue checks for drinks served via electronic input system
- maintain daily inventory of liquors, beers, wines and tobacco, including tracking drinks and liquors in greatest demand to ensure stock maintenance, stocking additional supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness in bar area including cleaning equipment and keeping glasses polished
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests in a professional and pleasant manner
- support all Club venues, events and Employee Partners in delivering quality beverages and service
- follow proper procedures for stocking, cleaning and ensuring opening and closing duties are performed to ensure bar readiness at all times
