Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of standard drink recipes
- ability to use POS systems
- team player with attention to detail
- ability to multitask effectively
Job Duties
- welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest selling beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into POS
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove unused items
- deliver and settle the check timely, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety rules
