Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of standard drink recipes
  • ability to use POS systems
  • team player with attention to detail
  • ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest selling beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into POS
  • ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove unused items
  • deliver and settle the check timely, thank guests and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
