Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • comfortable standing for long periods
  • ability to learn and use POS systems

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
  • restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to the standard recipe using appropriate glassware and garnishes
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well-attended, offer drink refills and remove unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
