Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team

- knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- comfortable standing for long periods
- ability to learn and use POS systems
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to the standard recipe using appropriate glassware and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure customers are well-attended, offer drink refills and remove unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
