Job Requirements

  • Valid food handler's license
  • Valid TABC certification
  • Minimum one year bartending experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player mentality
  • Ready to undergo approximately one week of training

  • Valid food handler's license
  • Valid TABC certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with guests
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations including food handler and TABC guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure seamless service
  • Participate in training sessions and implement learned techniques and policies
  • Promote menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction
