Job Requirements

  • No minimum education required
  • Minimum 12 months experience in bartending
  • Availability to work 35 hours per week with possible overtime
  • Ability to work 7-hour shifts between 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm
  • Capability to work at multiple locations within Emmet and Charlevoix counties
  • Must be able to perform duties in outdoor and banquet event settings
  • Must be able to commute using employer-provided transportation

Job Qualifications

  • No minimum education required
  • At least 12 months experience as a bartender
  • Ability to mix drinks accurately and efficiently
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Taking drink and food orders
  • Mixing, preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff
  • Preparing the bar before shift and closing and cleaning the bar after shift
  • Presenting checks and collecting payment from patrons
  • Performing duties in outdoor environments and at banquet events and parties held in dining facilities
