Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and provide exceptional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and regularly disinfect guest and team member touch points
- Manage customer interactions and ensure a positive and safe guest experience
- Assist with inventory control and restocking of bar supplies
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high safety and sanitation standards
- Support training and development initiatives to build critical job skills
