Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in bartending or similar role
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with local alcohol service laws
- Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings

Job Duties
- Craft every alcoholic and nonalcoholic drink to company standards
- Serve guests responsibly and provide attentive service
- Guide guests through menus and offer beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate orders and process them promptly
- Ensure the bar is stocked and clean at all times
- Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation
- Build guest relationships to encourage repeat visits
