- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

- Familiarity with drink preparation and bar equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and tables
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Wash soiled glassware and remove soiled wares
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Process all payment methods and count bank at end of shift
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, cabinets, and storage areas
- Complete closing duties
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Report accidents and unsafe work conditions
- Maintain professional appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships
- Support team goals
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Perform physical tasks as required
