Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience required
  • Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player is must
  • Strong task and time management abilities
  • Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Maintain composure and control emotions in difficult situations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and learn their preferences
  • Answer customer questions and recommend menu items
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food
  • Upsell menu items to increase sales
  • Create drink recipes using proper equipment and ingredients
  • Perform basic cleaning and maintenance duties
  • Work effectively with team members to maintain a positive environment
