Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
  • ability to operate bar equipment
  • strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel bar following company policies and procedures
  • maintain a clean and organized bar and food prep area
  • serve and assist guests with a high standard of hospitality
  • mix a wide variety of drinks skillfully
  • operate bar equipment including cash registers and dishwashers
  • provide knowledgeable information about the hotel and local area
  • handle currency transactions accurately
