Job Requirements
- at least two years previous experience as a bartender within the past 3 years preferred
- at least one year of previous experience in a high-volume bar and qualification through the union for a bartender position
- must have basic knowledge of common drink recipes within the industry
- must have knowledge of proper pour measurements
- excellent communication and guest service skills required
- ability to communicate effectively in English required
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to handle a cash bank

Job Duties
- mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- maintains cleanliness and hygiene of work area, bar tops, floors and line equipment
- receives, issues and keeps necessary records of liquor and other bar supplies
- refills and stocks garnishes and glassware
- follows cash handling and Info Genesis POS procedures
- follows cash and comp procedures
- maintains appropriate sound and music levels as designated by management
- performs other duties as assigned
