Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-years bartending experience
- Valid Food Handler’s Card for the City of Suffolk
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
- Ability to enforce club policies regarding alcohol consumption
- Impeccable member service skills

Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests
- Verify identification and age of customers
- Prepare and serve traditional and creative cocktails
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Maintain dining room and bar area appearance
- Balance cash receipts and process payments accurately
- Enforce club policies regarding alcohol consumption
