Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work attentively as part of a team and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to adhere to food safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and mixology
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and greeting them with a smile when seated
- Preparing the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenishing drinks mixes and garnishes as needed
- Suggesting the sale of drinks, appetizers and desserts
- Preparing all drinks to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering them correctly into the POS system
- Ensuring guests are well taken care of by offering refills and clearing unused items
- Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Following all food safety regulations
