Job Requirements
- Minimum age required to serve alcohol according to state law
- Possess a valid state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- One to three months related experience or training
- Valid state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food and beverage
- Team-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of drink recipes and preparation
Job Duties
- Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm friendly greeting
- Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- Conduct wine service
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service
