Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
- basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar, including pour stations and glassware before opening, and perform limited restocking of drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the guest is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- promptly deliver and settle the check, thank guests, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
