Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar, including pour stations and glassware before opening, and perform limited restocking of drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure the guest is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • promptly deliver and settle the check, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
