Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience
- knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preparation
- ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and company documents
- ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions
- cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- frequent immersion of hands in water and chemical solutions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year bartending experience

- strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers and take food order
- provide information about products and upsell when possible
- follow recipes and product directions for mixing beverages
- collect payments and operate cash registers following cash handling policies
- secure all monies at the end of each shift
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and manage intoxicated guests appropriately
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
