Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a fast paced dining establishment is preferred
- Working knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and tending bar with ability to learn and follow recipes
- Warm and outgoing personality with passion for food, wine, spirits and customer service
- Commitment to deliver unique and memorable guest experience
- Excellent people skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and work well in high volume environment
- Possess basic math skills and have ability to handle money and operate point-of-sale system
- Fluent in English
- Must have valid food handler card

Job Duties
- Greet guests and take beverage orders from servers or guests directly
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase
- Handle an assigned house bank and follow all cash handling procedures
- Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts
- Ensure assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing and serving
- Prepare inventory
- Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar where appropriate
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
