Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and greeting them with a smile when seated
- Preparing the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited replenishment of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggesting sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Preparing all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately taking food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system
- Ensuring customers are well attended, offering drink refills, and removing unused items
- Delivering and settling the bill promptly, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Following all food safety rules
