Job Requirements

  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • Welcoming guests and greeting them with a smile when seated
  • Preparing the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited replenishment of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggesting sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Preparing all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately taking food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system
  • Ensuring customers are well attended, offering drink refills, and removing unused items
  • Delivering and settling the bill promptly, thanking guests and inviting them to return
  • Following all food safety rules
