Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role preferred
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and accuracy
- teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using the correct glassware and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
