Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role preferred
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using the correct glassware and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
