Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work effectively in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • prior bartending or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them correctly in the POS system
  • ensure the guest is well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill timely, thank guests and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
