Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for a shift of 8 to 12 hours
- ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- attention to detail and accuracy with order taking
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any items not in use
- deliver and settle the bill timely, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
