Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for a shift of 8 to 12 hours
  • ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • attention to detail and accuracy with order taking
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
  • ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any items not in use
  • deliver and settle the bill timely, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
