Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • Commitment to following food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in bartending or related customer service roles
  • Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with POS systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited supplies of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all beverages according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure customer is well taken care of, offer refills, and remove any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
