Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Commitment to following food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in bartending or related customer service roles
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited supplies of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all beverages according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure customer is well taken care of, offer refills, and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
