Job Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement and legal authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • physical ability to perform job duties
  • compliance with food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • customer service orientation
  • basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations preferred but not required
  • good communication skills
  • experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Welcoming customers and greeting them with a smile when seated
  • preparing the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenishing beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggesting sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • preparing all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately taking food and drink orders and entering them correctly into the POS system
  • ensuring customers are well attended, offering drink refills and removing any items no longer in use
  • promptly delivering and settling the bill, thanking customers and inviting them to return
  • following all food safety standards
