Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement and legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- willingness to work flexible hours
- physical ability to perform job duties
- compliance with food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
- customer service orientation
- basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations preferred but not required
- good communication skills
- experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage
Job Duties
- Welcoming customers and greeting them with a smile when seated
- preparing the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenishing beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggesting sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- preparing all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately taking food and drink orders and entering them correctly into the POS system
- ensuring customers are well attended, offering drink refills and removing any items no longer in use
- promptly delivering and settling the bill, thanking customers and inviting them to return
- following all food safety standards
