Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • ability to handle POS systems
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening
  • restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using correct glassware and garnishes
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and clear away unused items
  • promptly deliver and settle bills, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
