Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- ability to handle POS systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening
- restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using correct glassware and garnishes
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and clear away unused items
- promptly deliver and settle bills, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
