Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or related role
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Knowledge of local alcohol service laws
- Ability to lift and carry moderate loads
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with POS systems
Job Duties
- Handcraft imaginative cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards
- Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate beverage and food orders
- Provide friendly and attentive service to build guest loyalty
- Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area
- Serve guests responsibly following safety and health protocols
