Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols
- Must be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction

Job Duties
- Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation consistent with company policies
- Engage with guests to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Support the restaurant team by assisting in beverage inventory management
- Participate in ongoing training to build critical skills for current and future roles
