Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean restaurant and bar area to like new condition during and after every shift
- Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables and bar top
- Restock ice where applicable
- Sweep floors where applicable
- Mop floors where applicable
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned such as running food and drinks, helping teammates, restroom checks, take inventory
- Interact with guests professionally
- Conduct light cleaning
- Complete knowledge of bar standards, expectations, and recipes
- Maintain consistency in drink preparation
- Exhibit competency in product knowledge
- Commit to cleanliness and organization
- Uphold responsible alcohol service
- Prepare drinks within 3-minute times
- Ensure picture-perfect garnishes
- Produce fresh fruit displays
- Demonstrate proper bar techniques
