Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age to sell alcoholic beverages
  • high school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • ability to interact effectively with customers
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • good manual dexterity
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • have strong knowledge of liquors, wines and beer
  • interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
  • assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • prepare fruit, juices, all mix ingredients
  • check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • comply with all food and beverage regulations
