Job Requirements
- Current alcohol service certification or ability to obtain prior to start
- Knowledge of Arizona alcohol laws
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong understanding of classic cocktails and popular spirits
- Knowledge of mixology fundamentals including flavor profiles, drink pairings, and presentation
- Ability and enthusiasm to create and recommend new or seasonal cocktails
- Current alcohol service certification required or ability to obtain prior to start
- Solid understanding of Arizona alcohol laws and responsible service practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, welcoming, and personable demeanor
- Ability to engage with guests, multitask efficiently, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization behind the bar
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player who contributes to a family-style work environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant needs
- Help plan and serve bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory
