Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic understanding of POS systems
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile when seated
- Prepare bar stations including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to guests
- Prepare all drinks to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear away unused items
- Deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
