- Minimum 1 year experience in related role
- Ability to work day, evening, weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Clear communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and related areas
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
- Wash soiled glassware and remove soiled wares
- Anticipate replenishment needs and communicate them
- Process payment methods and count bank at end of shift
- Complete cashier reports and secure bank
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
- Complete closing duties
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Welcome and acknowledge guests
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods
