Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or serving experience preferred
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- attention to detail and multitasking ability
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
