Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or serving experience preferred
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
