- state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
- make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- conduct wine service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- comply with state beverage service laws and hold state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- provide friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment
