Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to handle physical demands such as standing and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and communication
- Willingness to work full time

- No supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately
- Create memorable guest experiences by engaging with patrons attentively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Uphold The Ritz-Carlton's hospitality standards and "Gold Standards" at all times
- Build positive relationships with guests and hotel staff
- Handle cash and transactions responsibly
- Stay informed about current beverage trends and incorporate new ideas
