Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as standing and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and communication
  • Willingness to work full time
  • Must adhere to company policies and safety standards
  • No supervisory experience required

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of related work experience in bartending or hospitality
  • Ability to engage warmly with guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately
  • Create memorable guest experiences by engaging with patrons attentively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Uphold The Ritz-Carlton's hospitality standards and "Gold Standards" at all times
  • Build positive relationships with guests and hotel staff
  • Handle cash and transactions responsibly
  • Stay informed about current beverage trends and incorporate new ideas
