Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, walk and perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 25 pounds
- Maintain professionalism in appearance and communication
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Commitment to creating a safe work environment
- Fluent in Spanish and/or English is preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests at the bar
- Continuously learn and implement new market trends and beverage innovations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and responsibly
- Foster positive relationships with hotel colleagues and community partners
- Uphold safety, quality, and hygiene standards as per company policies
