Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • No supervisory experience
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and maintain a professional appearance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and personalized recommendations
  • Monitor and restock bar inventory
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with team members and other hotel departments to enhance guest experience
