Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- have established bartending experience in a cocktail-focused environment
- possess excellent guest service and communication skills
- be comfortable working independently and managing shifts solo
- hold current TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification or ability to obtain it before first shift
- availability for evening and weekend shifts

Job Duties
- Set up and organize the bar workspace before events
- provide attentive and efficient cocktail service throughout events
- verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
- engage warmly and respectfully with diverse audiences
- manage payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- work independently during shifts with strong time management
- wrap up and clean the bar area promptly after events
