Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in bartending or related customer service role preferred
  • ability to work flexible part-time hours
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of alcohol safety laws and age verification procedures
  • capability to stand for extended periods
  • attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling cash and orders
  • familiarity with health and safety regulations in food and beverage service

Job Duties

  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
  • interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • take orders and serve drinks and snacks
  • assess customers’ needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
  • mix ingredients to create high-quality cocktails and other beverages
  • check customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
  • restock and maintain bar inventory, supplies, and workstation cleanliness
  • prepare menu items in accordance with kitchen and food-safety standards when the cook position is not staffed
