Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bartending or related customer service role preferred
- ability to work flexible part-time hours
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of alcohol safety laws and age verification procedures
- capability to stand for extended periods
- attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling cash and orders
- familiarity with health and safety regulations in food and beverage service
Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- take orders and serve drinks and snacks
- assess customers’ needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
- mix ingredients to create high-quality cocktails and other beverages
- check customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
- restock and maintain bar inventory, supplies, and workstation cleanliness
- prepare menu items in accordance with kitchen and food-safety standards when the cook position is not staffed
