Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
