Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work in a team setting
  • attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • commitment to adhering to food safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in bartending or related customer service roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • familiarity with POS systems is a plus
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
