Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or related customer service roles preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- attention to detail and ability to multitask
- familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- knowledge of food safety standards
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
