Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work various shifts
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Able to follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain proper uniform and appearance
- Demonstrate continued effort towards personal development
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or customer service experience is an asset
- Knowledge of craft beers and current liquor trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests enthusiastically and suggest specials based on menu knowledge
- Enter items into POS system accurately
- Deliver food and check back to ensure everything is excellent
- Operate cash drawer and handle cash and credit cards accurately
- Sincerely thank guests and invite them to return
- Check IDs per state and local law and serve alcohol responsibly
- Work as a team with all front of house employees
