Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting
  • Valid MAST Permit
  • Food Handler’s Certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and sake
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • Commitment to responsible alcohol service and adherence to regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, sake, beer, wine, and classic cocktail techniques
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Passion for mixology, hospitality, and guest engagement
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • MAST Permit and Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain before start date

Job Duties

  • Craft inspired, balanced cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency
  • Provide exceptional guest service at the bar and in the dining room when needed
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all guests
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper setup/breakdown before and after shifts
  • Ensure accuracy in cash handling, tabs, and POS transactions
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Follow all liquor laws, MAST guidelines, and health and safety regulations
  • Assist with seasonal cocktail development and bar menu updates
  • Maintain proper stock levels, prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar ingredients
  • Anticipate prep needs and restock efficiently to ensure readiness for upcoming shifts
  • Monitor responsible alcohol service and guest consumption
  • Participate in tastings, training, and creative sessions
