- Strong guest service skills with a professional and well-groomed appearance
- Reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent shift coverage
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending training programs
- Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails spirits and beverage trends
- Experience using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils
- Engage with guests to take orders provide recommendations and ensure a positive customer experience
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently including opening and closing tabs
- Monitor guest behavior to identify and address any safety or service issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and restock as needed during shifts
- Adhere to all health safety and licensing regulations related to alcohol service
