Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending training programs
  • Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails spirits and beverage trends
  • Experience using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently during busy periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils
  • Engage with guests to take orders provide recommendations and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently including opening and closing tabs
  • Monitor guest behavior to identify and address any safety or service issues promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and restock as needed during shifts
  • Adhere to all health safety and licensing regulations related to alcohol service
