Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment preferred
- Working knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and bartending techniques
- Warm and outgoing personality with passion for food, wine, spirits and customer service
- Must have commitment to deliver unique and memorable guest experience
- Excellent people skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multitask and work well in high volume environment
- Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate point of sale system
- Fluent in English
- Valid food handler card

Job Duties
- Greet guests and take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase
- Handle assigned house bank and follow cash handling procedures
- Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts
- Ensure bar area is equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- Prepare inventory of bar supplies
- Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar when appropriate
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
