Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • knowledge of drink mixing techniques and bar equipment
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • teamwork orientation and attention to detail
  • familiarity with POS systems

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well-served, offer drink refills and remove unused items
  • deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
