Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of drink mixing techniques and bar equipment
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork orientation and attention to detail
- familiarity with POS systems
Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well-served, offer drink refills and remove unused items
- deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety rules
