Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • able to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical stamina and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • knowledge of food and beverage preparation standards
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited beverages, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to the standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and removing unused items
  • promptly deliver and settle bills, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
