Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- able to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of food and beverage preparation standards
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited beverages, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to the standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and removing unused items
- promptly deliver and settle bills, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
