Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- team player with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of standard drink recipes
- proficiency with POS systems
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening
- restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to guests
- prepare drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take and input food and beverage orders using the POS system
- ensure attentive guest service by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- deliver and settle guest checks promptly and thank guests
- comply with all food safety regulations
