Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
  • team player with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of standard drink recipes
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening
  • restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to guests
  • prepare drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take and input food and beverage orders using the POS system
  • ensure attentive guest service by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
  • deliver and settle guest checks promptly and thank guests
  • comply with all food safety regulations
