Job Requirements

  • meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
  • comply with food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous bartending or customer service experience advantageous
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
  • familiarity with POS systems advantageous
  • basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • friendly and welcoming demeanor

Job Duties

  • welcome and greet guests with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
  • replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take and enter food and drink orders into POS system
  • ensure guests are attended to, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
