Job Requirements
- meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
- comply with food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bartending or customer service experience advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- familiarity with POS systems advantageous
- basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- friendly and welcoming demeanor
Job Duties
- welcome and greet guests with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take and enter food and drink orders into POS system
- ensure guests are attended to, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
